Yes please! Wash your hair and let it air-dry naturally so your stylist can get to know your hair in its natural state. We want to see exactly what we're working with so we can create the best possible haircut for you. Just a heads up - styling is included, but we focus our appointment time on giving you an amazing cut.

Not always, but here's why! We're all about spending your precious appointment time cutting and shaping your hair to perfection. If you've got thick hair that needs serious reshaping, weight taken out, you're getting a new fringe, or you haven't had a haircut in 6-8 months, we'd rather use every minute perfecting your cut.

If you definitely want the full wash and blow dry experience and you know you've got a lot of hair, haven't had a cut in ages, or want something completely new, just book our hour and a half "restyle" appointment. That gives us plenty of time to meet all your needs!

Easy! Just bring your lovely self and arrive on time with freshly washed hair. If you're running late, just give us a quick text or call - we've got you covered. We do ask that you come solo though (no kids, friends, or partners), but if you need someone with you for health reasons, that's totally fine.

Great question! Your appointment is reserved just for you, and deposits help us keep everything running smoothly:
- $50 for haircuts
- $100 for color appointments

Don't worry - your deposit is totally refundable if you need to cancel or reschedule within 48 hours. It just helps protect our stylists from no-shows and keeps your spot secure. If you cancel online within the 48-hour window, your deposit becomes account credit, but if you'd prefer a refund just email us and we'll sort it out.

Life happens, we get it! We just ask for 48 hours notice for cancellations, rescheduling, or change of service - your deposit stays safe within this time.

If it's within 48 hours of your appointment, you can easily reschedule or cancel directly from your confirmation email.

Just so you know:
Less than 48 hours notice = deposit forfeited
Same day cancellation = 100% appointment cost charged

We've got you covered! We offer fringe trims to existing clients between haircut appointments, usually first thing in the morning. You can get a fringe trim with the stylist who last cut your hair - they know your fringe best! This isn't available to book online, so just give us a call, send a text, or email your stylist directly at firstname@donnasheridan.com.

Absolutely! We've made sure you're sorted:
- Rose Street parking lot (independent, available until 11pm - perfect for evening appointments!)
- Coles car park on Argle Street
- 2-hour parking around Fitzroy Street
- Paid parking on Brunswick Street
