Yes please. The day before your appointment, wash your hair and let it air dry. That way your stylist can get to know your hair in its natural state, so they can create the best possible look for you.

The short answer is: sometimes. Our number one priority is shaping your hair, so depending on your hair type and needs we may spend the whole appointment perfecting your cut.
If you have a lot of hair, want a whole new look, are getting a fringe, haven't had a haircut in 6 months or more, or have thick hair that needs serious reshaping or weight taken out, be sure to book “completely transform my hair”. That gives us plenty of time to meet all your needs.
For a guaranteed styled finish, just add the “wash, blow-dry & styling” option when booking.

Just bring is your wonderful self, your freshly washed hair (see above), and any inspo or images to help communicate the look you’re going for.
Your stylist is devoted to you during your appointment, and we ask that you give yourself the same attention. Kindly leave little ones, partners, friends and pets at home. However, if you need someone with you for health reasons, they’re always welcome.

Great question. Your appointment is reserved only for you – our stylists work one-on-one and don’t juggle multiple clients, so deposits help protect them from no-shows and keep the salon running smoothly.
A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking. If you need to cancel or reschedule and provide at least 48 hours’ notice, your deposit automatically becomes account credit. If you’d prefer a refund instead, get in touch.

Life happens, we get it. We kindly request 48 hours’ notice of any cancellations, reschedules, or changes of service. Your deposit stays safe within this time.
If you provide more than 48 hours’ notice, you can easily reschedule or cancel directly from your confirmation email. If you provide less than 48 hours’ notice your deposit will be forfeited.
For same-day cancellations or reschedules, 100% of the appointment cost will be charged. As our stylists work one-on-one, these leave a gap that can’t be filled.

Absolutely. We offer fringe trims to existing clients between haircut appointments, usually first thing in the morning. These will be with the stylist who last cut your hair, as they know your fringe best.
Fringe trims aren’t available to book online, so just give us a call, send a text or email, or contact your stylist directly at firstname@donnasheridan.com.

It's rare, but it happens. We want you to absolutely love your hair, so if it isn’t feeling right within 7 days of your appointment please email us with as much information as possible. Your stylist will then contact you for a follow-up appointment to address your concerns. As our stylists work independently, please note that any follow-ups will be with the same stylist as your original booking.

We’re located a three-minute walk from the 96 tram on Brunswick Street, and a five-minute stroll from Nicholson Street if you’re catching the number 11.
Getting behind the wheel? If you’re lucky you’ll nab one of the free two-hour parks on surrounding streets, but otherwise your best bet is the Rose Street parking lot. It’s open until 11pm – perfect for evening appointments. There’s also the Coles car park on Argyle Street, and metered one-hour parking along Brunswick Street.
